Shonia’s Unique Designs Cancellation Policy
We understand your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect to our staff and clients, we request that you give us at least a 48 hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
Hair extensions require at least one week notice, we also require a deposit on ALL extension services.
This deposit will go toward to the service date. If that appointment is missed and not cancelled one week prior to the scheduled appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded it will serve as a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation requirement is to ensure that our time is not wasted, and that we are able to provide ample notice to our clients on our standby list.
Kindly call to cancel or reschedule appointments in the required time to avoid paying for the full amount of the service. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing an amazing salon experience.
